Bordered on one side by the oldest rainforest reserve on earth (est. 1776), the land boasts over 2000 ft of undevelopped coastline overlooking little Tobago Island and Goat island, and is in immediate proximity of one of the top fifty dive sites in the world. The Government of Trinidad and Tobago is currently establishing these waters as an marine protected area to help ensure the preservation of it's unique underwater diversity and has submitted the Tobago Main Ridge Rainforest for a UNESCO listing as a world-heritage site.
